Balaji Telefilms has a range of new shows in its kitty and while there’s news about the mega show ‘Chandrakanta’ taking off sometime in June, we have another piece of news regarding an upcoming show.

According to our sources, the makers are planning a show titled ‘Raavan’ which will be aired on Zee TV sometime in the month of September. The show is likely to take the 7:30 pm time slot, and will be featured on Monday to Friday.

As the name suggests, the show will trace Raavan’s journey from good to bad. It will highlight the lesser known facts from his life and show how he was actually a good man.

Having witnessed shows like ‘Jodha Akbar’ and ‘Chandra Nandini’, we are sure that Balaji’s ‘Raavan’ would also turn out to be a hit with the audience.
