And D-Day is 12th December 2016..

The season of marriages has just begun and it seems the trend is gonna get bigger with every passing day. A year that flagged off the much-awaited Mohit Sehgal-Sanaya Irani wedding to another grand Vivek Dahiya-Divyanka Tripathi wedding, will be witnessing more weddings by the end of this year.

Recently, we reported about actress Aditi Sharma from ‘Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki’ deciding to tie the knot and now, another actress has joined this bandwagon.

And that is none other than actress Rucha Gujarathi. Almost four months ago, we reported about how Rucha was engaged to businessman Vishal and was planning to get married at the end of the year.

And now, according to a leading news daily, that is finally happening. Rucha is all set to tie the know on 12th December 2016 in a close-knit wedding. She mentioned that wedding will comprise of the quintessential mehendi, sangeet, and haldi, but limited to family only. The wedding will be followed by a reception party for the industry friends and other people.

She also mentioned that all her outfits, except the wedding dress, is designed by herself and the fact that Vishal and herself will be wearing colour-coordinated clothes on D-Day.

About her role in ‘Gangaa’, she said that she had notified the production about the fact that she will be taking a month-long break post wedding and hence they have planned the track accordingly. She said that she might be brought back on board as her exit will be open-ended.
